Barnes (Born Carver C. Barnes November 1, 1929 - May 18, 2016) was an actor, musician, and sculptor who began his art career in the 1970s. Barnes applies a variety of techniques to acrylic sheets, sometimes making it look like another material entirely, such as metal.
